The Board consists of four Church members and three current school parents (all voting members) and five ex-officio members (BHPCNS Director, BHPCNS Treasurer, BHPCNS Teachers (2), and BHPC Director of Children, Youth & Families Ministry. Board meetings are open to the public. If you are interested in having an item added to a meeting agenda, you must notify the Chair in advance. A copy of the school's bylaws and Board meeting minutes are available for review upon request in the office.

The BHPCNS Board is responsible for determining BHPCNS' mission and vision, approving the annual budget, evaluating the BHPCNS Director, recruiting and orienting new Board members, setting major policy and other responsibilities required for the smooth operation of the school.
