BHPCNS is a Nursery School of excellence with an international enrollment, offering programs for two, three and four year olds. Our staff members are extremely well qualified. Each teacher has a college degree or training in preschool education; assistants are qualified and experienced in early childhood care. Admission is open to children of all races, faiths, ethnic backgrounds and nationalities.

PHILOSOPHY
As a mission of the Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church, the Nursery School seeks to provide a relaxed atmosphere of loving and caring in which children are encouraged to develop their own talents, uniqueness and self-esteem. Bradley Hills nurtures all aspects of a child’s growth: social, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. School is a group experience. Therefore, our programs place an equal emphasis on helping the child learn the disciplines of social interactions and personal responsibility. As a church-sponsored institution, the Nursery School seeks to reflect Christian values in its activities. Stories, pictures and prayers drawn from Christian traditions are included in the curriculum.

2012-13 School Registration:  2012-13 school year applications are now available for students who would be NEW to BHPCNS.  For more information please click here for more information and an application form.

Acceptance/Waiting List letters will be mailed out toward the end of January 2012. 

Camp 2012: This year, we'll be "traveling" to the sea as only Bradley Bear can!  Please plan on joining him during his undersea (and beach!) adventures this June.  Session one runs from June 11-14; Session two - June 18-21; and Session three - June 25-26.  More information will soon be posted.  Keep an eye out!

Get the Scoop on Poop!  Not always the most pleasant of topics, but one that is most important.  Please join us Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to learn how to potty train your child in just three days!  Yes, you read that right!  Sally Neuberger will return to give you the scoop and the skills to accomplish this most monumental task.  Open to all---whether a current BHPCNS family or not.  The seminar is free, but we seating is limited.  Please RSVP to 301-365-2909 or bhpcns@yahoo.com.  Presented by the BHPCNS Parents' Group the event will take place at the church, 6601 Bradley Blvd.

Bad Weather? 
Late openings and emergency closings are announced on most radio stations after 6:00 a.m.  You can also click on  WTOP News for the latest information:

When the Montgomery County public schools are closed because of weather the Nursery School will be closed.

·         When the public schools have a one or two hour delayed opening the Nursery School will have the same delayed opening. 

·         When the public schools close early the Nursery School will close at its regular time.  Stay & Play classes will be cancelled.

If the schools are already closed because of an already scheduled closing, BHPCNS' closing information will be posted on WTOP News.
